Controls

Anchor 20

•The governor is an electronic sensing device that senses rotor and engine r.p.m., and makes the adjustments in order to keep rotor r.p.m. constant even though the pilot us using more or less power.

•A correlator is a mechanical connection between the collective lever and the engine throttle
•When the collective lever is raised, throttle is increased; and when lowered, throttle is decreased
•This system maintains r.p.m. close to the desired value, but still requires adjustment of the throttle for fine tuning

NOTE:
Low RPM warning system and governor
are inoperative with battery and alternator
switches both off.
