•The cyclic pitch control tilts the main rotor disc by changing the pitch angle of the rotor blades in their cycle of rotation
•The rotor disc tilts in the direction that pressure is applied to the cyclic pitch control
•Because the rotor disc acts like a gyro, and because of gyroscopic procession, the cyclic control rods are rigged through mechanical linkage so that the forward input occurs when you push the cyclic forward and not 90° later in the cycle
